Floor Systems: • High performance 3/4” engineered sheathing combined with cold-formed steel joist floor systems. Also included are engineered steel posts, beams, fasteners, gaskets and treated sill plates. Exterior Walls: • Premium pre-finished siding, quality strapping, exterior insulated ridged wallboard, premium select FSC certified framing, with engineered plates & lintels. Optional super insulated Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) (depending on house design). Interior Partitions: • Premium selected conventional framing, including fasteners. Roofs: • Flat roof or low slope roof systems have included Lifetime Warranty Architectural Fiberglass shingles, optional steel cladding available, or premium rubber membrane system with select sheathing or SIP roof panel system (Design dependent). • Cold-formed Steel roof joists with engineered steel “I” beam where required. (Design dependent). • Prefinished fascia and soffit. (Optional aluminum). • Accessories include: ridge vent, flashing, ice and water shield membrane and all fasteners. Timber Frame Details: • Optional precision milled timber package for aesthetic beauty.

Windows & Doors: • Choice of premium architect grade casement or hung style windows, multi point locks, Low E glass, grill or grill less, with exterior aluminum cladding. • Entry Door: choice premium solid wood door, insulated premium architectural fiberglass or aluminum door, including security deadbolt with quality door handles and latches. • Other Doors: premium architectural steel insulated door including security dead bolt with quality door handles and latches. Miscellaneous: • All fasteners for package assembly. • All sealants to complete weather tight shell. Services: • Full Architectural custom design service, renderings and 3D walk through. • Permit ready multiple copies of Architectural construction drawing (code certified). • Project site assembly drawings. • Unique “Staged Deliveries” to job site with detailed packing lists. • The Dream Home Group’s “Pro Service”.
